Product Description
Poduction Introduction
High alumina bricks are involved in alumina content. If the Al2O3 content is higher than 90%, it is so called corundum brick.
Due to different resources, national standards are not completely consistent. In China, according to the content of Al2O3 in high alumina bricks, it is usually in three grades: Level I--Al2O3 content≥75%; Level II--Al2O3 content is ≥65%; Level III--Al2O3 content is ≥55%.
Above SK35 contain ≥45% Alumina and are made from raw materials of unusually high degree of purity of Bauxite and refractory clay. For serve under severe conditions, Shengjie's Alumina bricks have excellent mechanical strength, good resistance to thermal spalling, and are highly resistant to chemical attack by vilatile alkaies and some slag. We manufacture and design alumina bricks to meet the requirements of a great variety of service conditions thorough quality control.
The production process of high-alumina brick and multi-clinker clay brick is almost the same. The difference is that the proportion of clinker in the ingredients is higher, that can be as high as 90~95%. The clinker needs to be sorted and screened before being crushing. Level I& Level II and other high alumina bricks are generally 1500~1600 ºC when burn in tunnel kiln
