The manufacturing process of high alumina bricks:

1. Raw Material Selection: High-alumina bauxite (Al2O3 content ≥48%) is selected as the main material, combined with clay, silica, and other auxiliary materials, and crushed to a uniform particle size.

2. Batching and Mixing: Materials are batched according to the specified ratio, water or binder is added, and mechanically stirred until the material is uniformly plastic.
3. Molding: Brick blanks are made by pressing (manual/hydraulic press) or extrusion molding (controlling density and dimensional accuracy).

4. Drying: Natural drying or oven drying (temperature 80-120℃) is used to remove moisture from the brick blanks (to prevent cracking during firing).

5. Firing: The bricks are pushed into a tunnel kiln/downdraft kiln and sintered at a high temperature of 1500-1700℃ to complete crystal transformation and densification .

6. Cooling and Inspection: After natural cooling, the dimensions, strength, high-temperature resistance, and other indicators are tested. Qualified bricks are then stored in the warehouse.
