Aerogel Felt is a synthetic porous ultralight material derived from a gel, in which the liquid component of the gel has been replaced with a gas. lt is a material that is 80~99.8% air.The hole size is in commonly between 1~70 nm.lts density is light to only 2.75 times of air density,which made it the lowest density solid in the current world. So it is also called "blue smoke" or "frozen smoke". Aerogel is very strong and durable; it can hold a big pressure that is up to thousands of times of its own weight.
