Product Description

Zirconia corundum brick is composed by high-purity alumina, zircon sand and other raw material and it is processed through ultra temperature melting and casting molding.

It has very high refractoriness, outstanding resistance to erosion by molten glass and good thermal shock stability. Solid structure and low porosity enable it to keep stable performance in severe high temperature working for long period.

The product is widely used in the critical components of the glass melting furnace and other high-corrosion industrial furnaces, which can greatly prolong the life of the furnace lining and guarantee stable production.

Glass Industry (Core Application)
Widely used for the key structural parts of all kinds of glass melting furnaces, including furnace bottom, tank wall, breast wall, throat, flow channel and forehearth lining. It is suitable for float glass, container glass, architectural glass, optical glass and craft glass production lines, effectively resisting long-term erosion and penetration of molten glass.
