Product Application

Aluminum-zirconium-carbon composite submerged nozzle is widely used in steel production, mainly in the continuous casting process. It is installed at the bottom of the tundish and inserted below the steel liquid level of the crystallizer. Its main function is to prevent secondary oxidation of the tundish injection flow and molten steel splashing, avoid the crystallizer protection slag from being involved in the molten steel, improve the flow state and heat flow distribution of the injection flow in the crystallizer, thereby promoting the uniform growth of the shell in the crystallizer, and facilitating the discharge of gas and inclusions in the steel.
